Yoga (1 on 1) Lesson - 1 session
WHAT TO EXPECT
Yoga lessons will be designed and facilitated according to needs of client's flexibility and health conditions. We can discuss together and find what kind of yoga is the best for your body and your spirit. You can choose between hatha, vinyasa, yin and astanga yoga.
It's a one to one session. Stretching, yoga movements and breathing techniques are combined in the 1 hour session
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Meditation is not included. If you like to sign up for a package, a 10- 12 session would be offered including a session of complimentary meditation.
You can cancel or reschedule your booking without any penalty up to 7 days before the event. You can reschedule your booking less than 7 days before the event, subject to vendor's agreement.Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
