WHAT TO EXPECT
Work out your body Pilates style with body weight as your resistance to tone and condition your body. May include weights, balls, bands or partner work and end with a stretch to release your muscles to prepare for a full week ahead!
We have shower facilities, mats and the necessary equipment
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Bring your own towel Bring your own water and dress in appropriate fitness wear and sport shoes. Bring an extra change of clothes.
