WHAT TO EXPECT

This base training is open to paddlers who have at least attended Stand Up Paddle Starter Course or Stand Up Paddle Beginner. Be ready for surprises. Workouts will be shared only before the session starts. Don't worry! The workout is nothing fancy, yet each workout will definitely take your breath away.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Things you need to bring along:

-Sports attire (including sports shoes)

-Water (Hydration bag or water bottle is a must)
