Spring Cleaning and Moving In-Out - 2 Cleaners x 4hrs

WHAT TO EXPECT

Art of Cleaning specializes in thorough cleaning for post tenancy, post-renovation or spring cleaning. We will provide 2 cleaners for a duration of 4 hrs. Price includes all cleaning equipment and supplies. However, we only supply up to 5 steps ladder. If your house has ceiling/windows above 3m we will not be able to clean due to safety guideline from MoM.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

- Clean rooms and living Rooms (furniture and fittings including ceiling fans below 3m)

- Clean bathroom (Clean and polish all mirrors and glass)

- Clean storage room (Note: we do not remove items from a storage room for cleaning. If you need us to clean the storage room areas clutter, please remove the clutter before we arrive. We will not move them)

*Kindly note that every additional hour is chargeable at $60 each on-site.

- Cleaning of external windows unless the ground floor.

- We will only wipe the interior of cupboards, cabinets, and wardrobe if they are EMPTY.

- We do not clean blinds, curtain rods.

- We can not guarantee stain removal on floor skirting, walls, cabinets, wardrobes, etc.

- We do not remove paint stains (even for post-renovation cleaning).

- Cleaning of Interior of fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, degreasing of the hood, ironing, laundry & gardening.
