In this workshop, explore, create and taste the different types of natural breads originating from the Middle-East. These Middle-Eastern breads are not only simple but full of flavour, yet there is so much versatility in their combinations. - Pita Bread - a 'balloon' bread that is baked in a hot oven for a short time - Turkish Pide - a 'boat shape' pizza with all the natural toppings - Bonus: Hummus, Za'atar Bread
