Short Series: Baking Asian Soft Buns Workshop
WHAT TO EXPECT
Come learn to make some of the most sought-after bakery buns and the secrets behind how these treats are made. The master dough we will be making can be used as a base for both sweet and savoury filled buns. Our chefs will guide you through the bread baking process including how to mix the dough and knead the dough using machine, shaping, how to wrap the filling, how to make the topping, proofing and baking in this workshop! This is a 3-hour +/- workshop. Learning methodology: Demo & Hands-on
What we will be baking: · Soft Cinnamon Rolls with Drizzle · All-time Favourite Ham and Cheese Bun What we will be providing: · Disposable apron and hygiene hair net. · Recipes and instruction sheet. · Take-away packaging for students to bring home their individual portion of baked goods.
