Pastry - Cream Puff And Chocolate Eclairs
WHAT TO EXPECT
Individual hands-on. This is a 4 hours class for 4 people. Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making 2 types of choux pastry: Cream Puff (Profiteroles) and Chocolate Eclairs. You will get the knowledge to cook, knead, pipe and bake the Cream puff and Eclairs. Make the Custard and Chocolate sauce for the fillings. Make your own 2 pastries and share with family and friends.
