Best class ever to build up upper body strength. Intense but feels so solid after. Pamela pushes us to do our best.
First yoga class. This is a hidden gem. Instructor was knowledgeable and clear with her instructions. Will be back!
Great fun while working out
Great for learning or brushing up some basic ballroom techniques (engaging the right muscles, body weight control etc), with an upbeat instructor, a good sound system and a brightly-lit spacious clean studio. Was a fun &amp; inspiring one hour! Next series coming up in a couple of weeks is Jive (I think), looking forward!

Especially like the workout for strengthening the shoulder girdle, i so need it! i can understand why pamela's class is popular but she gives me strict school teacher vibes
