Individual Hands-on. Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making chiffon cakes. Hands-on making lemon yoghurt chiffon, pandan chiffon and vanilla Hokkaido cakes. You will get to learn the skill in whisking cake batter, folding technique and do's / dont's in whisking frosting.
