WHAT TO EXPECT

In this workshop, we will be working on naturally flavoured breads in this workshop using pre-ferment (made from a pinch of commercial yeast) and you’ll be surprised how tasty these breads are! No fancy spreads required- just a slice of butter is all you need!

Our chefs will guide you through the bread  baking process including how to mix the dough and knead the dough using machine, shaping, proofing and baking. 

This is a 3-hour +/- workshop.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What we will be baking: 
· Asian Soft Butter Raisin Daily Loaf 
· European Rustic Turmeric and Seeded Loaf 

What we will be providing: Disposable apron and hygiene hair net. Recipes and instruction sheet. Take-away packaging for students to bring home their individual portion of baked goods.

Writing materials:
