Coach Alfred will prescribe the best course of action from working towards Active Ageing, Special population (Chronic health concerns,) and also to individuals with movement restricted to chair-based exercises. Overall, he strives to provide and facilitate a holistic and enriching fitness training experience to his clients.
Suitable for Seniors (55 years old and above) Body Analysis and Pre - exercise screening Fitness consultation- Goal setting Facilitated stretch/ Sport massage therapy Food Intake recommendation Takeaway Home-based exercise routine As an accredited Allied Health and Exercise Professional by CGH, Alfred has experience working with individuals with Chronic health concerns, he also facilitates and conduct Fitness programs for Seniors at an Integrated Daycare centre and Rehabilitation hospital.
